I am Yoshiaki Mihara, born 1953, in Tama City, Tokyo. After more than twenty years at Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. — in export operations and foreign exchange administration — I took up the work of Maki Masahitoshi, who in 1958 systematised a Japanese method of prediction from personal names, and have continued to formalise and publish it since.
This site holds several strands of work that look separate but are not: prediction tools, proposals submitted to government ministries, a record of my life, and the daily work of a small business. Everything here is free to use.
UCA — Universal Creative Attribution — is a design for recording that a work exists, verifying whether it entered an AI training corpus, and settling remuneration in proportion to recorded use. Without requiring the operator to disclose its corpus. These three pages carry it, and each has a full English version.
